Competitors will be required to print their own A4 size numbers prior to the event.

All Government COVID guidelines will adhered to.

CLASSES:

​

Class 60cm – Entry Fee £25 plus non-refundable booking fee

This class will take place in an arena and will be made up of 12-15 cross country obstacles. There is no water, ditch or steps. The course will be judged on an optimum time.

 

Class 70cm – 80cm – Entry Fee £35 plus non-refundable booking fee

Cross country course max height 80cm. To include fences at 70cm and 80cm and competitors can choose which they jump. Open to all. To include a water splash. Timed section to be judged on an optimum time.

 

Class 70cm – 80cm Pairs – Entry Fee £60 plus non-refundable booking fee

Cross country course max height 80cm. To include fences at 70cm and 80cm and competitors can choose which they jump. Both competitors to jump each numbered fence once but they don’t have to jump the same height. Open to all. To include a water splash. To be judged on an optimum time.

 

Class 90cm – 100cm – Entry Fee £40 plus non-refundable booking fee

Cross country course max height 100cm. To include fences at 90cm and 100cm and competitors can choose which they jump. Open to all. To include a water jump. To be judged on an optimum time.

 

Class 90cm – 100cm Pairs – Entry Fee £65 plus a non-refundable booking fee

Cross country course max height 100cm. To include fences at 90cm and 100cm and competitors can choose which they jump. Both competitors to jump each numbered fence once but they don’t have to jump the same height. Open to all. To include a water splash. To be judged on an optimum time.

Body Protectors:

Compulsory for the Cross Country. Body Protectors should be worn under an air jacket if a competitor chooses to wear one.

 

Course Walking:

The course will be ready for walking from 3pm on Saturday 30th October 2021.

 

Bad Weather:

Please contact the Organiser to check if the event is going ahead.

Number Bibs:

These are not provided. Paper inserts to be printed at home ahead of the competition.

 

Start Times:

Times will be available from Friday 29th October 2021 after 6pm at www.wavertonhouse.co.uk

 

Prizes and Rosettes:

Prizes and rosettes can be collected on completion of the class from the information point.

Substitutions and Wiithdrawals

If substituting either a horse or rider there is a £5 administration fee. Substituting a horse and rider combination in its entirety constitutes a new entry and a full entry fee must be paid. Substitution fees are payable to the secretary on the day.

 

​You must notify us by phone or email if you wish to withdraw.

 

Withdrawals ahead of the closing date will be refunded. Withdrawals after the closing date will not be refunded. A £10 admin fee is payable for withdrawals.
